The Ideal Weight Blueprint
We are lead to believe that losing weight is all about dieting and deprivation. But in the long run, diets don’t tend to work and it’s not fun feeling deprived. The reason why diets don’t tend to work in the long run is because dieting does not address the key component of weight issues. It is not that food choices and activity level are not important, but they are only 2 components of the weight issue. The key component of weight issues is the emotions. Think about it. It is the emotions that send you to eat when you are not hungry. It is the emotions that send you to eat comfort foods. It is the emotions that send you to eat more than what you physically need to satisfy hunger and nutrition. When the emotions are not addressed, we tend to lose and gain the same weight and then some over and over again. The mind is powerful. It can help you achieve your goal OR it can keep you from reaching your goal. With the Ideal Weight Blueprint, you will learn how to retrain your brain so that you use your powerful mind to gain control over your eating habits in order to lose weight, instead of relying on willpower. Another great thing is that you lose weight without dieting or feeling deprived.
Module1: Get Satisfied: Wouldn’t it be wonderful to lose weight without dieting or feeling deprived and to feel satisfied in the process? In this module, you will learn how you can feel truly satisfied when eating small portions without dieting or feeling deprived.
Module 2: Tune into Your Body: Our body communicates to us all the time but many of us have forgotten how to listen. In this module, you will learn how to listen to your body so that you eat (according to your body) the exact amount to reach and maintain your ideal weight and not go hungry. You will also learn why dieting can make you fat and how to get your body off of fat mode.
Module 3: Get to the Source Did you know that it’s your subconscious mind that sends you to eat when you are not hungry, not your body and it does that to bring comfort? In this module, you will learn and let go of the source of the weight gain and how to find healthy ways to feel good instead of eating.
Module 4: Motivate Yourself to Exercise Each body needs exercise. However, many times we find excuses to do anything else BUT exercise. In this module, you will learn how to feel motivated to exercise so you actually get out and DO IT. Another great thing about this is that you can use this technique to feel motivated to do anything you need to do.
Module 5: Release the Cravings Have you ever felt like your cravings control you? In this module, you will learn how to let go of cravings, feel good in the process AND be in control.
Module 6: Release the Hold The mind always has a good reason for the excess weight. However, we may not consciously know what the reason is and the reason may be outdated. In this module, you will learn how to let go of the underlying reasons for holding onto the excess weight so you can let go of the weight naturally and more easily.
Module 7: Think Different - Your New Body Story What we think and say influences our behavior. In this module, you will learn how to let go the old stories of your lack of success in your weight loss journey and create a new story that motivates you to your ideal weight.
Module 8: Moving Forward With Your New Habits In this module, you will learn how to stay in tune with both your body and your mind to continue forward with your new habits to your ideal weight.
The program includes 8 one-on-one sessions scheduled every other week, subconscious mind work to get real change at the level where the weight issue really is, conscious mind coaching, audio recordings for extra support, PDF instructions of all tools and techniques, and email support between sessions. At the end of the program, you will have a well-stocked toolbox of healthy habits and empowering tools to keep you motivated on your ideal weight journey and to better your life.
